Twenty-two years’ experience as President and CEO leading global companies from $400M up to $1B in sales.    Over a two-year period, Terrepower’s sales increased from $400 million to $700 million, doubled profitability, and generated more  than $480 million in market value.  Growth was 50% organic and 50% through acquisition. This resulted in the successful sale of  Terrepower (BBB Industries) to Genstar Capital.  Promoted every five years at Robert Bosch Automotive, drove sales and high double-digit EBITDA. Led the integration of Maxcess and  Rotometrics industrial automation businesses, led the company to industry leading EBITDA margins.
